The shooter got off four shots in less than a second. This means that he used an assault rifle. We don't know yet if he obtained it legally. I'm sure that the FBI will provide the details very soon.
Democrats have been strenuously advocating the banning of such weapons for decades. Republicans have been advocating just as strenuously in favor of those weapons. Will Republicans modify their stance on assault rifles and other such weapons, now that one was used to try to kill their orange god?
