The state Police did not close down the freeway. Protestors parked their vehicles across traffic lanes. Don't play frogger on a freeway.

The driver of the vehicle was at fault, and we still don't know if he deliberately entered the freeway to run down protestors or not. Drivers should not enter closed roads. End of story.
