Womp Womp Supreme Court says Trump‘s tariffs are illegal

These two articles do a pretty good job of explaining which tariffs this  ruling does and does not affect.

As I've said before it unfortunately does not end all unilateral presidential tariffs.

All it says is that when congress gave the executive the power to "regulate trade " under the IEEPA

It didn't include the power to set tariffs.

The legality of the latest Turdiffs is an utterly moot point, since any court challenges will take another year. In the meantime, the Turd will be stuffing his pockets.

There is NO check on Trump's actions, and he hasn't suffered and will not suffer any consequences for his myriad violations of the law and his thefts from America's taxpayers.

The noble Founding Fathers fucked up. The chief executive has far, far too much power.
