Actually, that game had several interesting non-baseball features, including the first of what will be many "LOCK HIM UP!" mass chants. One delicious video showed Trump's face transforming from a grin to his trademark petulant scowl.
There's a good reason why Trump rarely appears in public and surrounds himself with lackeys and sycophants. Most Americans dislike him (79%) and many utterly loathe him. He doesn't react well to disapproval, which is why he calls everybody who expresses such disapproval a traitor, or some other insult.
I would think that the ugly mug of the Orange Orangutan would be much more of a distraction than a couple of pairs of boobs. The former might cause a pitcher to hesitate; the latter might cause a pitcher to start retching uncontrollably.
