I see you are now using the term FACTS instead of corroboration or proof. Why is that? We would have to let 70% of the sex offenders out of prison if we used your definition of those terms. You wouldn't be able to get very many child molestation convictions because often there is no physical evidence or eyewitnesses. Often it is just the word of a child with an inaccurate memory about key details against their molester.
Doc and Tom, you left out the key finding in the Ellison matter. When she made her accusation, she said she had a video recording of the incident. In fact, she said it over and over. When investigators asked for a copy of the video, she didn't have a video to turn over.
When someone lies like that you can't trust them to tell the truth about anything else which is a common jury instruction. Because Kavanaugh brazenly told numerous lies about his drinking habits and yearbook entries under oath, anyone with any functioning brain cells doesn't trust that he is telling the truth about the sexual assault charges.
What I find so fascinating is that all the cons here said there was no point in interviewing Judge because he already issued a denial. Yet the FBI spent two whole days with him. Seems kind of odd for someone that has nothing to tell. Don't you think?
