Well, they potentially triple the damages--but the court(s) could let the ruling stand as is.
Makes me wonder what the NFL's balance sheet looks like--where do they get their revenue? What content is "NFL" and what belongs to the individual teams? AND...how much of (the insane cost of) a ticket goes toward pumping up the NFL?
The whole schmoo got MUCH too corporate decades ago. It ain't sports, it's business.
