In the context of your post, how is deportation defined? Do voluntary removals count? What about people turned away at the border?
If I were to presume that what you meant by deportation is people removed after receiving a final order of deportation would that be accurate?
With a little research I am sure you can answer all of the questions you pose. Let me know what you find out.

I wanted to know what you meant when you used the word deported. The best way to research that is to ask you.

Here is the definition, which you had the ability to find on Google - To get deported means a country formally removes a foreign national from its territory, sending them back to their country of origin, usually for violating immigration laws or committing crimes,

So when you said 12 million deported you meant all removals? Including voluntary deportations and people turned away at the border?

Deported is the same as removals, although there are some people that are turned away at the border, so those are known as "returns". "Removals" are the people sent back to their countries by force, but there wasn't 12 million of these during any one President's term. Clinton had close to 2 million "removals" and Obama had about 3 million. Biden had 1.5 million during his term and Trump had between 1.2-1.6 million during his first term and currently had 234,000 "removals" in 2025. 1.6 million immigrants "returned" to their home countries in 2025.
The above numbers came from Googling "Deportation numbers of Presidents".
So it really comes down to what terms someone uses for the number of total immigrants that leave the country, either by force, "removals", or on their own, "returns". I guess that total of "removals" and "returns" is where the 12 million number is coming from.
This site uses deportation vs. removal and what each means. https://emplawfirm.com/removal-order-vs-deportation-order/

What stupid Miller said was simply a lie.
However, that's not the real issue. Deportations under previous Presidents were done by due process of law. Under Trump, the rights of deportees are ignored. ICE just beats up brown people, stuffs them in unmarked vans, and they wake up in a municipal dump in Mexico. No due process of any kind.
