Best Buffet Experiences and Deals on Buffets

Please tell about your best buffet experiences and best deals on buffets
I'd mark the Silverton Buffet as the "best deal" - especially with half-off coupons which will score you dinner at about $9. Its not the biggest spread and they don't put out high end items (more chicken and sirloin steak as opposed to peeled shrimp and new York strip). But fresh ingredients and a good chef go a long way. And the hand scooped ice cream cone for dessert is a premium treat on the way out. You'll be hard pressed to find a better buffet at this price IMO.
Just like a broken clock PJ is correct once in a while. Silverton is the best answer for sure!
I liked the lunch buffets I had at Palace Station last trip and it was very cheap.

The last couple trips we did the 24 hr CZR pass. It's a tremendous value if you kinda plan it out, plus it's great to slide in and out of different properties buffets, get to try lots of different things. We seem to make PHo buffet our go to buffet tho. I think it's one of the best w/o busting the bank at the high end places.
I think the LVA 2/1 coupons are a great value. We went to buffets that we otherwise would have not gone. I like Cosmo and Bellagio. I was disappointed with GN and Aria. I have not been to Wynn. I like the $10 off at Caesar's and PHo. We usually just do breakfast/brunch. I cannot see paying all that money for a dinner buffet when we can go get BBQ at Ellis Island, Magnolias for prime rib, 9 Fine Irishmen for HH, Skyfall for HH. We don't drink beer and really don't drink a lot anyway.
I'm with Blonde4ever Palace Station is my go to breakfast buffet... Decent quality and selection and a super low price!
Wicked Spoon buffet, @ the Cosmopoltian, is (IMHO)the best of the LVA 2-4-1. Pricier than others, but well worth it.
I'm fond of the Palace Station breakfast buffet and Silverton's dinner buffet with the cooked to order pasta station. And of course the 50% off coupons seal the deal.....
I've had Silvertons lunch buffet twice and was extremely unimpressed. I thought there breakfast buffet was much better. Never had the dinner one.
