Caesars, Resort Fee, and WiFi

Has anyone stayed at a Caesar's property as a Diamond and had the resort fee waived? Do you have access to the WiFi on the properties, with the resort fee waived or do they still charge? Thank you

Yes, I'm Diamond at CET and the resort fee is always waived and you can use the amenities that it covers (gym, Wi-Fi, etc.).
