Mimosa brunch buffets

With the Palms buffet getting a remodel and not opening again until December, my wife and I are looking for a brunch that serves mimosas that's included in the brunch price and isn't an add on option. We would like to go to a place that we have a coupon for. We have the MRB and the ACG books. We will be coming out July 25th to August 8th. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Don't know about what Palms did, but we go to the brunches that offer the free champagne and just tell the waitress to give us a half glass of orange juice and we pour the glass of champagne in. There are many, just check out the EAT/buffets at the top of the page and check out the list.
