Time for offers to update

I'm curious in your experiences on this. How long does it take for offers to reflect a level of play or after reaching a new tier in a players club? I've noticed it sometimes takes 2-3 months for the offers to correctly state the current number of Tier/Players points. However, logging into my account online shows I'm at the higher level. I can tell it affects my offers because they usually increase once the new Tier is correctly reflected on the offers. Have you ever call the hotel, or a casino host, to see if the offer can be updated to reflect your current level of play even though the mailer states otherwise? I go to Vegas 3-4 times a year and want to take advantage of everything I can! Thanks, Jeff

My offers also trail by about 3 months. I've never called the casino to try to upgrade the offer to current tier, but that's a great idea. Tommy

With the bigger companies, try their websites. My offer on line often exceed the mailed offers.
