Where, on "the strip" may I still park for free?

Title says it. I have done some "googling" but am unsure if said places are still current. Heading to Las Vegas in August. Typically stay downtown, however, this trip, we are arriving at 7:00a, and want to kick around Las Vegas Blvd before heading downtown. Planning to eat breakfast at Mon Ami Gabi. Hence, the question. Based on that story, the Westin or the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood would appear to be your best bets for Mon Ami Gabi.

As I don't know where Mon Ami is, I cant help you. What casino is it in? There are plenty of free parking spots left on the strip.
