4th of July Fireworks Question

We will be arriving on the 4th of July for a 10 night trip. We have been to Las Vegas well over 40 times in the past 25 years but never on the 4th. Where is the best most inexpensive and least crowded place to view the fireworks display?
Thats kind of a hard one to answer,
I have also been there many times over the 4th, please let us know where your staying,
or more so, where you will be on the 4th. If your staying DT the only place I have found
is on the top floor parking garage at the El.Co. Or if you can somehow get to a open parking
garage on the strip and park on top, BUT you kind of need to know where they are sending
off the fireworks in that vacinity, and maybe some people will park there cars up on these ramps
early, in anticipation of this, maybe you could elevator to a top parking garage lot and looksee
from there. Hope this helps and I hope more people can give you a better answer.
Doesn't Station Casinos have firework shows at some of their properties?
we were at IP for the 4th -- used the top level of the Harrahs parking garage for views of the entire city - - wasn't even crowded up there

Station Casinos put out the word they will be having a huge fireworks display this year, emanating from Red Rock, GVR, Aliante, Texas, and Fiesta Rancho.

Sounds pretty cool.

Bushman
Texas Station and Fiesta Rancho are basically across the street from each other as I recall. Seems that the top of the parking garage at either might be the place to watch. Plus, there's the added fun factor of planes taking off/landing during the show at the N. Vegas airport!
We were in Vegas a few years ago and did not see fireworks at any of the strip properties. Kind of disappointing.

Yes, the Strip does not make a big deal on the 4th. They save the big fireworks for New Year's Eve.

Any of the 4 Station Casinos locations would be excellent (Aliante, Red Rock, GVR, and Texas/Fiesta). At Aliante, fireworks are usually on the west side of the property. I think they're set off from the empty lot across from the hotel on Aliante Pkwy. and Elkhorn.
