So I upload my pictures to the web site you linked us to, it creates a code? and then I copy and past the code into my trip report?
Sorry for being so slow, but I have always wanted to insert pictures too. If I did accidently manage to get a picture on to the report in the past, it is usually way, way, way to big or blurry, or came out looking like computer code

Yes using this site makes it very easy. You will see when you click on the link, you can click on default size and choose message board. Then click on choose file and navigate to the picture that is stored on your computer, then click upload now. It may ask you to type in a word for security. After the pic is uploaded simply copy the message board code and paste it exactly as is where you want it to appear in your report.
It sounds like a long process but it is really quite easy and your pictures will appear in your report sized perfectly.
