Batten down the hatches, LV folks!

Those of you in the LV area, get ready for Tropical Storm Hilary.  Will be interesting to see how this storm affects the city.  Stay safe and stay dry.

I hope the word gets out to those who live in the tunnels.

As powerful as this storm could be, I wouldn't doubt those in the tunnels have been given notice. 

Given Vegas's attitude toward the homeless, I wouldn't be surprised if there was no official action or notice to keep them safe, but they have an effective grapevine. I hope they have somewhere to go and a place to stash their stuff.

I'm Guessing most of their "Stuff"  is somwhere down stream.  Hopefully everyone got to high ground. a few days ago they were homeless, now they are really, really homeless.
