Best Burgers and Buffets

We will be in Las Vegas in May, was wondering what the best places for buffets are, and best burgers. Was thinking in regards burgers going to Guy Furi, Bobby Flay and Gordan Ramsey's burger joints.
Buffets vary the gambit in LV from cheap to pricey. I enjoy Gold Coast Buffet for breakfast for $7 you get fresh fruit and made to order omelets. I also enjoy the Bacchanal at Caesars for lunch/dinner much pricier .
There's not much difference between all the high end burger joints. The prices and offerings are all about the same. guy Fierri's has an awesome mac-n-cheese burger which sticks out for me. shake Shack is a little cheaper and a little more casual....but they make solid burgers.

Best buffet for the price is The Silverton IMO....use coupons for half off. If price is not an issue id go for wynn, aria, or Caesers
Best two burgers I've eaten in Vegas were at BLT Burger at Mirage and Boulud at Wynn. Both have shuttered.

BurGR at Planet Hollywood would probably be next on my list of places to try that I haven't experienced. Burger Brasserie between Paris and Bally's has an LVA coupon so there is that.

Best Buffet is Wicked Spoon at the Cosmo. I'd put Bellagio second, Wynn third, and Caesars 4th. All are very good though. More important is the ones to avoid: Harrahs, MGM, Monte Carlo, Excalibur.

My favorite burger is Holstein's in Cosmo. Gordon Ramsey is good but not great. Shake Shack and In-N-Out are great if you want a classic burger.
We only like breakfast or brunch buffets, our favorite is Bacchanal at Caesars. We've been to Wicked Spoon once and weren't impressed but we always try to give every place we don't like a second chance. Everyone has an off day. Burgers, our go to used to be Burger Brasserie but yeh last 2-3 times we've been it hasn't been as good. A few years ago just after Gordon Ramsey BurGR opened, Burger Brasserie changed their menu and personally I think the change was not for the better. We went to Holsteins last trip and loved it. Also, Burger Bar at Mandalay Place is excellent.
Another vote for Bacchanal, followed by Wicked Spoon, Wynn, Bellagio, Aria. As far as burgers are concerned, I agree with the Bobby's Burger. Burger Lounge in Aria was also good. Gordon Ramsey is very good, but pricey in comparison.
We love Bellagios buffet, also enjoy Wynn, Redrock and Aria
