Later this summer, I'm bringing my just turned 21 granddaughter and a friend to Las Vegas. She would like to attend a day pool party and hit a club or 2 at night. I plan on her using the Circa coupon for Champagne. I'm thinking if we stay at the Rio, She could do the Voodoo club, Ghostbar, and pool party at the Palms or Rio. Easy access without need for transportaion. Are those "hip" enough for her age? Any other suggestions?
