Best Way To Get To In-N-Out Burger From Strip

Will be staying mid strip with no rental car. What's the best way to do it? Take a cab and order to go? If we dine in will there be cabs close to there to catch back to strip? Or can you call for one?

Thanks!
We always caught the bus over by the NY NY.
There are 3 In n'Out burgers down Tropicana. I go to the Farthest one, whenever I'm out there,
to avoid the LINE.

The First one, (closest to the Strip) has a few homeless if you walk it..........And its a walk.

I wouldn't Do In N'Out, without a rental car.

I see Taxi's in the Line all the time, and I can't imagine what those customers are Paying for their food!
Even going inside, its a Wait.

Never tried taking the bus...........but I personally would cross that OFF the list, unless you have a car.

I agree with C.L.V.-- There is NO Hamburger in the world worth the Taxi Cab price. However, if nothing else, consider using "Larry the Limo driver" for $50.00 per hour {one hour rental) from the airport with a stop at In-n-Out on the way to your hotel.

The one on sahara across from palace station usually has short lines. The one on Tropicana near the Orleans is always packed. Palace Station offers a shuttle to the Fashion Show Mall ... You need a players club card to ride

I was just in Vegas and I ate at the one on tropicana twice and sailed right through the drive through both times. It's also easy to catch the bus to get there.
Thanks for all the replies!

One last question. How far/safe of a walk is it from the Orleans?

1.1 miles over a safe but very heavily trafficked road.

Google Maps

I'd walk it, but if I was with someone else I'd probably use a taxi or one of the frequent buses along the route, Bus 201 goes every 20 mins or so.

Depends on the time of year as the heat will get you in the summer.
I have found that the burgers at Nathan's are similar to In-N-Out. Obviously not the same, and a bit more expensive, but if you can't get to In-N-Out, it's a substitute.

There are stops for the 119 bus, northbound, (1) on Koval just north of Flamingo, and (2) on Sands in front of Neiman Marcus at the Fashion Show. That bus, the 119 north, will take you to the In-N-Out at Palace Station. Just ask the driver for the Palace Station stop.

Rather than wait for the 119 south for your return, pjs has suggested you could then walk over to Palace Station and ride their shuttle back to the strip. PS often has decent enticements for new players club card enrollees.
