4 Queens 55+=2 for one at Magnolia's in your birthday month.
The Binion's site does not say so.
Everywhere you have a meal, mention to the server, in a friendly non-expectation way, that you are there "celebrating my birthday." More often than not they will 'surprise' you at the end of your meal with a free dessert of some kind.
If you sign up for a players card (first time, new player) at any casino, mention to the agent that it is your birthday month and might you be eligible for free play for signing up? Never hurts to ask.
If you have a Host anywhere, ask about birthday free play. Hosts can make it happen...if you are high enough on their food chain.

Most players clubs will offer you some kind of promotion on your birthday if you have any kind of significant history with them....and that doesn't mean you need to be a DIAMOND member or anything. Just someone who plays with them regularly.
If you haven't gotten anything in the mail / email then perhaps you did not qualify.
If nothing else you'll probably get free dessert somewhere just by telling your waitress =)
