Boyd b-connected loyalty program

Is anyone else having problems trying to reset their password?  I've been trying for a month & it won't send me the code to my e-mail to input .  I've tried contacting Gold Coast & Sam's Town - no luck.  I've contacted Boyd's head office, no luck.  Anyone have any suggestions??  Thanks if you do.

I too had problems setting a new one but after about 10 trys it set. Wish I could have kept the old one as had it for 10-15 years.  I'll never remember my new one when using a different computer.

I guess all I can do is keep trying.  What a pain.  Thanks for the reply.
