City council voting on controlling LV Strip vendors

We've seen vendors selling "name brand" sunglasses. Name brand, at least, if you trust buying something from someone selling stuff from a table.

So we can still have our photos taken with people in irrelevant costumes, we can still get our porn slapper trading cards, but god forbid we buy a bottled water for $1 in 115 degree heat
