So from what I understand, you'll still be allowed to enter Canada as long as you're driving a truck full of Moon Pies or something. Does that make much sense? Anybody engaged in "trade or commerce" could still be a coronavirus carrier.
Neither Canada nor the US can stop the spread of the virus at this point. Futile efforts to stop it that restrict trade and cause economic hardship will just make matters worse. I see why our governments are making the gesture, but...it's pointless.
I'm beginning to think we should all just resume our daily lives and accept the inevitable risk, rather than slamming our economy to a complete halt and ultimately, causing far more hardship and yes, illness and death, than the coronavirus ever could.
You have lost what was left of your mind.
Jesus fucking Christ, Stalker, give it a rest already. Confine your awful shit to the Kitchen Sink, at least.
Take your own advice.
I am. I'm not attacking or insulting anybody here. For one thing, it's against the rules. For another thing, I'm trying to have actual discussions. Your just screaming "you're STOOPID" or "you've lost your mind" adds absolutely nothing to those discussions, and is pointless, childish behavior.

You apparently somehow missed the first lesson of the Internet: "Don't feed the trolls." This rule existed years before "social media."
In life, trolls are a given, like earthquakes. You can't stop them by screaming at them. Unlike earthquakes, though, screaming at them actually makes them worse.
When you ignore trolls they either go away and move on to greener pastures or at least they are more chagrined by the the lack of reaction than from the instant recognition with which you lavishly shower upon them, attention that gives him the thrill and the gratificaton they are lusting after.

I guess you're right, but I can barely fathom the notion of someone getting their jollies primarily from annoying people and starting arguments. But yeah, people like that are, apparently, a given.
It's also the case that the anonymity afforded by the internet allows people to behave in ways they never would in person, if for no other reason than doing so in person would get them a broken nose.
