Coupon Book - OOPS!

My husband and I were on our way to Vegas, sitting in the plane, the beginning of June when we realized that we had left the LV Advisor coupon book at home. Since we only make one trip a year, we were devastated. We had planned to use several of the coupons from the book. I remembered that the books were printed in Vegas, somewhere behind the RIO casino. We stopped in there hoping to work something out. The woman working there could not have been nicer and replaced out forgotten book for us.
We just wanted to thank LV Advisor for being so accommodating, and saving our vacation!!!!

That's great to hear--it seems most of the time, only the complaints get the headlines.
They are a nice bunch at the LVA office. Always helpful.
If I'm remembering correctly, the LVA MRB book can be replaced only once per lifetime, so be aware of that.

I think they allow you to send the UNUSED one back and then you can get another do over. I am pretty sure that is what my friend did. LVA staff rocks.
Yup, they were very nice to us too
Last October, my fiancée and I , both made sure that we had memberships so that we would have max MRB's for our vacation with our grown children and nephew (8). The plan was to have my dauggter in law sign up at the office in vegas and purchase 2 more MRBs so that we would all be covered ( and teach the first timers a little something about FrrePlay and Matchplay).

We knew that the Mirage buffet and or the Palms coup would more than pay for the additional books.
When I arrived at thier office, I realized that I forgot my original book which I took with me in August. TheLVA lady didn't blink when I told her that I forgot my book. Didn't even ask my name. Graciously gave me another book and in the process got 2 of our family members a reason to join this year to get the 2014 book.

Call me impressed! Kudos to the front desk staff at LVA!
I think the 1 replacement is correct, but if they wanted they could mail the original back. Anyway it's good to hear positive posts. Glad everything worked out.
The staff at LVA have always been helpful. In fact, when I (a Canadian) still had not received my MRB book after several attempts, due to challenges with the mail system, the LVA sent over a copy to my hotel. So when I checked in, there was a package waiting for me at the Golden Nugget. Impressive customer service by the LVA staff.
Last year I picked up my book in January, handed it to my wife and told her to check for any coupons for the Rio, which we were headed for. She said there were not any and that was the last time I ever saw the book. She put it in the glove compartment of the rental and we forgot all about it until we were on the plane coming home. Never would have thought to ask for another one.
Actually it wasn't a big loss and we almost never use anything it...hell, everything is free anyway. In the last 4 years I used one coupon...5 trips into this year and still havn't used one.
