Coupon Book - OOPS!

LVA staff is very friendly.

I stopped in last year to buy one of Bob Dancer's books and asked if Anthony Curtis was there. The woman at the front desk called him down and I chatted with him for about five minutes. He was very busy and didn't have to do it, but he did. I was very impressed.

Same thing happened to us one year. Forgot the book at home. Stopped into the office and explained what had happened and got a replacement with absolutely no hassle at all. Now the book is the first thing that gets packed!

Thanks for sharing! Dear husband NEVER forgets to pack our book but it's nice to know if we screw up there might just be a back up plan. ;-) Cudos LVA staff!

The first year I was a member I stopped by the Huntington Press office to pick up my MRB. I immediately walked out with it and ripped out all of the coupons that I planned to use for the trip…THEN I noticed the statement that coupons are voided if pre-ripped from the book prior to use. 10 minutes later I was back in the office with a torn apart MRB book in my hands so disheartened at having lost all of my match play coupons. The secretary just smiled and took the book from me and handed me a new one. Sooo nice. Customer service I haven't forgotten all these years later.

I know this is an older thread but we recently ordered two books, one for another couple, and only one had arrived in the mail. After waiting for a couple days to see if the other one would arrive--which it didn't, my wife called the office.

The lady she spoke to was friendly and told her if the book doesn't arrive within three days, that they would send another. When my wife told her that we would be leaving for Vegas soon and expressed concern that we wouldn't receive it in time, she reassured her that they would drop it off at the hotel for her.

The book did arrive in the mail the next morning.

The customer service is awesome! And always recommend LVA to anyone we know traveling to Vegas.
