I just learned that in the Season 6 (2014) Episode 7 of "American Restoration" (which airs on the History Channel) there was an episode called "David Copperfield: Rick Works His Magic" where David goes to Rick to restore two of his collection pieces which were practical jokes which could be used to initiate people into lodges.
It also included a brief tour of his collection. So check that out if you're interested.
I'm mentioning this because it is an update to the LVA QOD from September 2013.
