Discount For Liquor World Near Strip

I've been noticing an ad -- not that I drink or smoke but I know that LVAers have spoken about picking that kind of stuff up on their own (with a coupon for a discount) in 24/7 Vegas magazine for a place called Liquor World which is 1 Block East of Tropicana Casino.

It says that they have Liquor, Beer, Wine And Cigars and the discount coupon that I have been seeing (check to see if it is still in the magazine) is 10% Off Any Purchase Of $20 Or More With The Coupon. The coupon has had various expiration dates, so check into that if you're interested.

I have no idea about their prices but this seems to be an option.

While I have not tried the above tip, I will share the following information regarding liquor. If you are visiting the Orleans or Gold Coast, buy your liquor their. Plus, make sure you sign up for their "B Connected" card and receive further discounts. When I spoke a fellow guest, he said that which the "B Card", you can't find a cheaper price for liquor and that includes some of the local merchants. I was impressed with their prices when I visited.

The liquor store at the Orleans has a much larger inventory than the Gold Coast.

I looked up the place on the internet, but they don't show any pricing. I doubt that they are less than Lee's Liquors and definitely no less than the orleans, Gold Coast or SouthPoint. Their pricing is about the same as the Boyd properties I suppose because Gaughn started the whole idea at the GC years ago. I wonder how much the average cost of a $20 bottle is by the time most people leave?
