Don Pablo Cigars under new ownership!!!

Not sure how many of you who love cigars smoked Don Pablo Cigars before. They were located across the street from where the Stardust use to be in the mall. Well I just found out they are under new ownership.
Prices went up, shipping doubled and I dont think the quality is there anymore in the cigars. I'm gonna miss shooting the shit with Dennis the previous owner. Going to his shop was something i always looked forward to when i went to vegas.....
After smoking a new batch, the new owner is not using the same tobacco for his cigars. I for sure will not be buying anymore from them again unfortunately. They lost a 8yr customer.
Thanks for the update. Have you tried the cigar shop inside Binion's? My husband really likes them.
What does Don Pablos have to say about this?

The only downside is a limited selection and they're expensive. The latter can likely be attributable to taxes.

There is a bigger selection and considerably better prices for mainstream commercial cigars at the Paiute smoke shop just north of downtown.

Its just sad that a new owner has to change the product to the point where the cigar is not worth buying again. He took ownership 3 months ago and still can not update his website prices. I might consider trying the shop on east fremont street.
Thanks for the info. Stopping in at Don Pablo for a box of cigars and a chat with Dennis was all part of the Vegas ritual on every trip.

I am very sorry to hear the new owners have changed things so much and I will be searching for a new source of quality cigars.

Wow that is to bad I loved the double Maduro largos. Those were a great cigar.. I may try again but not worth the hassle to go there if they changed..
