Double Digits!!!!!

...vegas co-dependency forum....

gee, i'd never thought of it that way - but, happily, i agree!

i think a trip in march and another in april would be fabulous. what you did that you'd like to do again - and what you didn't do that you'd like to do are fresh in your mind from the march trip. planning the april trip will be that much easier!

as we get older, we need all the help we can in setting those priorities and getting organized. use this short timeline to get your vegas 'to-dos' done.

not just a co-dependency forum - but a self-help forum as well.

the March trip and the April trip are going to be 2 very different adventures. The march trip will involve March madness, lots of gambling, copious amounts of alcohol, and partying with a pack of degenerates, some of whom have been banned from these very forums.

The April trip will be accompanying my parents. Less gambling, more spa.
have you ever been to vegas with your parents?

if not - then how do you know that the trips won't be the same?

seriously though -- i know my parents well enough to know that that (abandoned fun) would never happen with them! matter of fact, my mom wants to go back out and my dad keeps telling her that he's not interested...he's seen it. now, mind you, that was in 1955 and a few things have changed - but he's seen it. so there.

i'm guessing that i'll give mom that as a gift and just know that it'll be a different type trip...still fun...but different.

sometimes it is nice to see places thru other's eyes.

maybe the april trip would be a nice change for you.

I went with Mom in Nov 2006. It was her first trip. Mom was OK to hang out with, But it was definitely a little different.

She convinced dad to go with her and they booked a trip. He has never been there. I didn't like the idea of them being out there by themselves, so I booked a room and a flight for myself. I don't really expect to be attached to them 24/7. But I'll be around them enough to make it different from my usual trip
