Double Digits!!!!!

I am actually ignoring my triple digit countdown for now. I am far too excited for my upcoming trip in December. Have fun in single digit land Karen and jenaphir...jen looks like you can hang out in double digit land too for a bit yet for another trip coming up. Lucky you!!!

I feel like Santa! I'm making a list & checking it twice! Just checked the airlines to see how crowded the plane will be...5 seats left going to Vegas & booked solid coming home! They even changed the plane & our seats for the flight home! Three seaters on both sides. First time we've taken American...may possibly be the last!

ahhhhhh...my last day as a double-digiter. all plans and reservations made. I may print out another coupon or two. But other than that....nothing left to do. I've even been looking at menus where we are eating and planning what I am going to have.


Is it too early to start packing?

Bill, so true! Once I'm on that plane nothing else should matter. I guess the anticiaption brings out the anxieties. Once turkey day is over then it's down to the serious business of getting it all together.

my sister just called and announced she is going to vegas "with" me in december. i told her ill be at red rock one of those nights so she is completely on her own. her solution? "i can leave my luggage at my hotel and sleep on your floor, so i wont be bothered by the smoke".

yeah, im going to let you sleep on my floor. yeah NO.

Jenaphir--what is this "sleep" of which you speak? I know that this sort of thing goes on at home--but in Vegas? I thought rooms were just a place to leave your luggage and shower off from time to time...
