karen may leave first but it seems to me that if you do the math, i only have to deal with 17 days of her bragging (then she goes into single digits and i dont click that thread). then assuming her trip is five days, that leave me with 30 days of bragging when she returns, so i think i won this battle!

i need to book a flight home. i know i should go home wednesday night and yet somehow i am stuck on going home thursday afternoon. picking the latter means i NEED to do laundry in vegas. which would suck in 100+ degree weather and no car. but i cant seem to make myself purchase a flight for wednesday night.

whatever. I will deal with my jealousy when the time comes. but for now....neener neener!!!!!

while you are in vegas, i will be in worcester seeing reach the sky and that is waaaaaaaaaaaay better than vegas. so i dont caaaarrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

okay i booked:

- flight to vegas
- flight from vegas to california
- flight from california back to vegas
- flight from vegas to nyc

i did not get an email confirmation for my flight from vegas - nyc so i have to call them. i dont feel like doing that today.

first five nights (three of which i will be in california) are at harrahs. i really wanted the imperial palace (im serious) but i thought id treat myself to a nice bathroom.

second three nights will be booked at the cabana suites, but im not opposed to double booking and staying elsewhere as i do not like staying in nonsmoking rooms. i do however, want to take advantage of the food/slot/dining/free airport shuttle.

i am actually 99.9% sure ill spend a night at palms place. its a hotel i need to cross off my list and when i crawl back to vegas from california, i am sure i will be sleeping for a very long time so why not do it in a nicer room?
