Las Vegas (General) - Double Digits!!!!!

vpwannabe - especially MY sister. she has a history of sharing MY comped rooms and then complaining i smoke in them.

she once threw my cigarettes off the balcony and then when this wasnt enough, she tried to change her flight home to spite me. like i care? this was way back when she was a huge baby and couldnt do anything herself. as she was on the phone, i asked her "are you really going to face big scary jfk airport all by yourself?" and she slammed the phone down and threw an ashtray at me.

she has brought up that she needs to save money on hotels because she has to pay for a dog sitter. how is this MY problem?

but i know if i get into it, she will make a list of all the things she has done for me that i didnt ask her to, and then act like i owe her.

i smoke, i am going to smoke, if you dont like smoke, get your own room.

You should have told her that if you didn't get smoking rooms, she wouldn't have had that ashtray available to throw at you.

Or you could try to quit smoking.

yeah ill definitely work on quitting smoking so that someone i never invited to go to vegas with me, can sponge off my free rooms. ive added it to my to-do-list right under "start using credit cards instead of cash to appease the internet".

Jen you are funny. Hubby smokes I don't but that's how it is. Your room you can smoke she pays for it then she can call the shots. She's pretty presumptuous IMO.

15 days to go, almost 2 weeks! Not countin' down to my Nov or Dec trips yet; don't want to jinx 'em.

jenaphir, finding out you hadn't planned on going WITH your sis and she sponges off you anyways really sucks! I hope you win A LOT of $$$, your sis LOSES A LOT of $$$, and you don't tell her what you've won until you're back to your respective homes. THAT would be a good dose of karma for her! Oh, and be sure to blow a little extra smoke on her pillow when she's not lookin'! BTW, if she CAN'T afford even a lower cost room at the IP or downtown, maybe she shouldn't be going. Is she expecting you to buy her food, etc?Good luck with this predicament!

she will offer to pick up the check a few times. but its not about the money for me, its about wanting to be alone.
