No, I don't have a new job lined up. I do have a ginormous bonus coming next month before I leave and 24 weeks of severance. If I do manage to land a new job before December, i guess I'll have to change plans again.

well in that case, id not only keep my trip but id extend it since i dont need to get back to work....

in reality, if you get a new job, you may not be able to take vacation for six months or so. take advantage of your free time NOW.

As much as I hate to let jenaphir have three whole trips between my last trip and the next one, I am now going Dec 2-9. I am working on getting Caesars the forst 4 days and I made a tentative reservation at THE Hotel for the last 3. I kinda doubt I will have a new job within 5 weeks of my leaving. And by not going in October, I will get paid for 4 more days (leftover vacation time) when i leave here
