Business trip to Vegas is getting closer!

After conference I work for two weeks then it is time for vacation. yay! Two weeks off and spending 10 days in Reno and Las Vegas.

11 days!

54 days, just enough time to pack

I'll be in Vegas the same days for NHRA drag racing at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The races run Friday through Sunday. 8000 horsepower from nitromethane burning 500 cubic inch V-8 engines, 0-320 mph in 3.8 seconds, Really fast race cars!

Loud Fast Cars are always fun. My NHRA driver career lasted just a few weeks summer of 1970. I could almost afford the AMX but not tires and clutches. Last year I was at that tragic Indy Car race last year.
