early morning coffee

I seem to remember reading that in Venetian there are two Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf locations and one of the two is open 24 hours (unless that might have changed sometime recently)! So check that out!

Just north of Harrahs is a McDonalds. I have the same problem with my body clock being on Eastern time I need to get up by 6 a.m. drink coffee and read the newspaper. When I stayed at Harrahs I needed coffee and the Vegas paper but at that time Harrahs had banned the Review-Journal from all its casinos. I found that Mickey Ds up the stairs. It had decent coffee and the Vegas paper. It is not far from the Flamingo and you can get a little air and exercise at the same time. Good luck.

At the Flamingo's Promenade Food Court they have a java detour that opens at 6am.

I think you are talking about the same place I was going to suggest. When my sister and I stayed at the Flamingo, there was this coffee shop that was open early, I believe and you could go right out to the beautiful gardens at Flamingo to enjoy it. Or, there are tables to sit at inside, also. That was how we started every day while there. It was great!
