Every Year I Plan to "____" But Never Do...

Mac King has been on my list for years and never seem to make it. Nora's was on my list for so many years it has now fallen by the way side always so many old favorites and so many new things to try.

Wait! Nora's Italian cuisine didn't close. ... Nora's Osteria on Rampart shuttered.

I always plan on going up the Eiffel tower. I have even stayed at Paris. Just never get around to it.

Another vote for eating at Lotus of Siam. Every trip I say I'm going to do it, but never do. One of the drawbacks of having all your food comped is that it's hard to justify going out and paying for dinner.

I've been stymed by a waiting line- Lotus of Siam had a 45 minute wait so never got back there.

It seems all my dreams come true in Vegas.

Been lucky to have friends that drive and take the time to get me places to make these dreams come true-- like visiting Sue out on the boondocks, walk Red Rock Canyon every day early morning - jaunt over to M to cash my freeplay or use the Spa...do the Cosmo freeplay offer til I lose- drive to Starbucks for an Oatmeal and Latte Breakfast (most important meal of the day..)
Ken2V even waited while i shopped the Manilow Store at the LVHiltonon back in the day..He was steaming bored when I cut 3 records in the soundbooth w/ Barry singing along side me... heehee.

I've been meaning to see the Rat Pack at the Sands, get to see that Sigfried and Roy show at the Mirage, walk the picket line with the employees at the Frontier, ride the roller coaster at the Sahara, see Elvis at the International and visit that Wizard of Oz exhibit at the MGM before going to the amusement park in the back but I haven't got a chance to do it yet. Maybe in my next life. In the mean time, it's hot here in Vegas so I'm planning on going to Wet and Wild today.
