I read a news thread about two female dealers at Bellagio who got into a fight over the weekend. I briefly looked at the article and haven't seen anything else about this incident. Did I read correctly that one dealer stabbled the other dealer?
OMG...i just wouldn't think it's normal for dealers to take knives out onto the casino floor with them. Mabe there were issues between these two women prior.

I think that what happened is that they asked this employee if she would like to try her hand a dealing blackjack and she replied "I'll take a stab at it", but that is just speculation on my part. If you go to www.lvrj.com and do a search on stabbing, the article will come up.
The latest from the Las Vegas review Journal is that a 10 year old girl (Jade Morris) who was last seen with the stabber (Brenda Stokes) is missing. It seems that Brenda had a relationship with the 10 year olds' father according to the article.
A body of was found in a North Las Vegas development that they think is the missing girl. The woman who slashed the dealer was the last one seen with the girl. She has not been charged yet, but is not cooperating with police.
