First Friday Question

I will be in Las Vegas for the 1st Friday of July and staying downtown. If I am correct does the city provide FREE shuttle service between downtown and the arts district that evening. If it does where do you board downtown to get there and what is the schedule. I really do not want to drive and park if I don't have to. In addition I think they close roads downtown on that day too. Thank you in advance for you answers!!

As for the shuttle:
Shuttles run from 5:30pm-11:30pm
Open Top Sightseeing is providing shuttle service with two routes:
Fremont Route: 3 Stops- :Get Back Alley First Friday entrance on the corner of 6th and Fremont- :Golden Nugget, lobby doors just north of Rush Tower Valet- :Event at Colorado and Main Street
Government Center Route: 3 Stops- :Government Center Parking Lot at the entrance to Rotunda Gallery- :Commerce Art Galleries on Commerce- :Event at Colorado and Main Street. Bell Trans is the supporting shuttle for entire route and for handicap accessibility. All shuttle stops have an a-frame sign indicating where pick up is located and a sticker on the bus indicating which route they run
