Free shuttle from airport to South Point

Can anyone tell me about the free shuttle? I've heard you have to make a previous day reservation. Any insights would be welcome. Thanks!

If you are planning on using the South Point’s Airport shuttle, please call 866-303-9199 (ask for Shuttle Reservations) to book your spot on the shuttle as soon as you have your flight information. We do not take same day reservations for the shuttle. If there are unreserved seats, they will be filled on a first come first serve on day of. Based on availability.

Thank you Tom

We have used the shuttle multiple times.  The drivers are great and they stay on schedule.  We've never been on a full bus but there are never many empty seats.  Easy to get to in the airport and there are benches in the shade at the pickup site.

it's become a regular part of our trips. we end up at South Point, turn in our Fox rental the night before we leave. uber/lyft back to South Point. ride the shuttle to the airport next day. however, suggest you check/confirm the reservation when you check in at South Point, as we have had a couple times that the reservation was messed up. not usually a problem unless the bowlers (many balls) or indian rodeo (many riders) are in town.

What is the best and cheapest way to get to Fremont Street from the South Point?

Take the Strip bus aka the Deuce. Doublecheck when you get on, as some of the buses only go as far as Mandalay Bay before turning around.

It's a five minute walk from the Strip bus stop to the entrance of South Point. The buses run all night. I believe the route number is "1."

Most of the Deuce route buses are double deckers, and you get a pretty nice view of the Strip from the upper tier.

The bus is fine if you have an hour plus to waste.

And unless you have a private helicopter, it's going to take you at least half an hour to get there anyway. And some people enjoy the ride.

Tom, please stop the stalking and irrational hostility. I'm asking you politely.

Well the best and the cheapest are likely two different options.

The bus is likely the cheapest but will require a bit of walking and takes a long time.

An Uber will get you there much faster but costs more.
