Don't be surprised if the Governor reverts back to Phase 1. What we are seeing is what many expected. There is a certain percentage of the population that has no common sense, but they will always exercise their "rights" to do whatever they want whenever they want. The virus and the worldwide pandemic are real. Hundreds of thousands of deaths are undeniable proof. In preparation for welcoming guests, the casinos and other Vegas businesses can do only so much to prepare. The current "guests" are the problem - people that refuse to follow logical, workable guidelines. The virus is highly contageous, thru the air and on touched surfaces. Smoking should be out of the question. Wearing a mask should be required when entering and while in a casino or business. No exceptions. The number of  infected viral cases have risen and continue to rise daily in Vegas, and the number of deaths are increasing. This is a direct result of the continued influx of Vegas visitors and their refusal to adhere to proven guidelines. These people care nothing for others, they only care about themselves. The very things that make Vegas attractive are counterproductive to safety. Massive crowds, alcohol infused people, the sights and sounds - all of these spell disaster and are welcome breeding grounds for the spread of this virus. But you don't have to take my word for what I have written, just observe as the days pass and make your own decisions. Be smart.
