Getting to the Neon Museum

On our next trip we want to tour the Neon Museum. Does anyone know if any of the CAT busses run there? We're staying at the Flamingo. We are not renting a car & prefer not to use taxies. If busses do run there we didn't know if there's a direct route from the Strip or if it's easier going to Fremont Street & catching a bus from there. I also hear it's not in a great area so walking from Fremont Street isn't an option. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks!

If you dont get an answer, I will be at the Golden Nugget next tuesday and can nose around a little for you.

Bus 113 makes frequent runs from The D (more or less) to the Neon Museum. The blocks around the museum are really rough, however. Unless you're really looking to save money, I'd strongly recommend splurging $7-8 on a taxi each way, especially at night.
