Hell-Ton of Table Games Replaced With Machines at Caesars Entertainment Casinos

We knew Eldorado was a cost cutter, but their actions so far are sickening.

Agree.

It sure seems like the days for live dealers are numbered.     I'm not surprised about the cutback on table games on the strip....who actually plays those except in the high-limit room where they dont rip you off.   Anyone who knows what they are doing avoids those tables already.

The one good thing about electronic tables is you dont have to tip anybody...but all the ones I've played havea a lousy playing experience.

My silver lining for all this is that at last, the combination of shitty rules and exorbitantly high limits is driving people away from table games on the Strip. Casino greed only works when the numbnuts tourists are in a feeding frenzy. Sooner or later, they run out of money.

Eldorado's business model is to slaughter the sheep instead of shearing them.

Made a quick overnight trip yesterday to Harrahs in Metropolis, IL.  Strangely, they seemed to have added more live tables.  However, they also added a couple of electronic tables and removed some slots.  The live tables were packed.  Not so much the electronic ones, but my guess is they want to introduce electronic tables to the casino and then replace some live tables later.

Just my 2 pennies worth - I think Eldorado (now Caesars) as a company is the lowest of the low.
