Help! - Underground bar on the strip?

I was in Vegas last month and visited a small bar on the strip that was underground. It was like walking down into a subway terminal. It was somewhere between MGM and Paris as I recall.

Does anyone know the name or exact location of this bar? Some friends are going out there in May and want to check it out, but I can't remember exactly where it was, or what it is called. For some reason, my memory of that trip is very foggy!

The only one I can think of is in Bill's " Old Barbary Coast " the nightclub Drai's is below the casino on the main floor, Take elevator down. This place though isn't between the MGM/Paris
Thanks Lee but that's not the place. It is outside, right along the strip under the sidewalk.
I know the place you're talking about but don't know the name. It's right near Gameworks IIRC.

Isn't it called something like Glacier Bar?
is it outside PH?
That's it, Sarah. Or at least that's the one I'm thinking of...

No, I don't hink so. It is on south of PH and in the "mall" for M&M and Coke stores. Like a couple have mentioned above it seems that it is the "Glacier Bar".
Glacier Bar is it! I just found a pic on flickr and that's the place I was talking about.

Thanks Sarah....I owe you one! And thanks to everyone else who took the time to help out.
Is this the 21+ only bar that is basically on the second floor of Gameworks, with pools tables, etc.?
