Hidden gems

We have been going to Vegas for 20+ years and have visited the Bellagio every trip since it opened; however, on our last trip in November, we discovered the chocolate fountain back by the spa towers and was wondering if there are any other "hidden gems" out there that is not readily known about. We are going out again in April and thought it would be fun to "track down" these gems. Thanks for any help/suggestions.
We enjoyed stolling around City Center looking at all the unusual art works - even the one restaurant in the mall area was interesting to look at. There's a Dale Chiluly gallery just outside Aria that was nice to walk through.

I loved the beautiful round fish tank at Ceasars last year.

I think it's back by the Cheesecake Factory?
Many people visit Bellagio's Conservatory for their seasonal displays each year, but are unaware that the same theme is carried throughout the casino property and especially behind the Registration Desk. This area is always incredibly decorated.

Mystic Falls Park at Sam's Town. Trees, streams, huge waterfall, animated animals, birds. Very lovely and peaceful. Water and light shows at 2,6,8, and 10. After the show ends (evenings only), DON'T LEAVE. They play patriotic songs (Bless the USA, etc.), and it is quite moving. Eat on the patio at Willy and Joses or the Buffet or drink at the Ram's Head bar for best views.

Full scale replica of Michelangelo's David carved from the same marble. Located in the Appian Way shops at Ceasars.

And while you are visiting Bellagio's Conservatory don't forget to step around the corner to see the chocolate fountain and have a little goody at the dessert bar. YUMMMMY!
Oh sorry. I lost track of your original post.
