This is a bar that is located across the street from the Downtown Grand Casino and has been a favorite "midafternoon watering hole" for myself and friends for  several years.  I have always met people from Wisconsin and/or Minnesota on every visit...and there has been several visits over the years.  The language from the female bartenders is often a little on the "colorful" side.... a lot of "blue" language; but always in fun. Happy hour is from noon til four with a sixteen ounce Bud Light draft for $4.  The female bartenders regularly dance on the bar with some of the female patrons joining in which comprises some interesting situations sometimes.  This truly a dive type bar, but safety has never been remotely an issue.  I always have a beer and a "bump" very trip to downtown Vegas.

Yes,it can get rowdy! Disorderly=normal.

The issue is against the Downtown Grand?  They claim slander and such.

It has to be in writing to have the judge hear it.

  We will see what happens.

Disturbing the "peace" is another issue.

Sounds more like the owner of the Grand just does not like the competion from a nearby bar.

I wonder how safe it is in there now since they won't call the police for anything in fear it will interfere with the court case. 

If you go in the afternoon (happy hour is noon til four) you don't have to worry.  I have been their dozens of times and never had a problem; hell, I've brought my daughter with me for an afternoon brew.  They have a large bouncer at the door that checks ID's and anyone would be crazy to tangle with him.  

Late nights that place gets NOISY.

They serve good beers and there are bra's hanging above the bar!

Julia Roberts bra is there.

I wandered in on March and took a few photos.

The bouncer was not a hulking monster,but I'm sure he could take down the largest trouble maker.

He checked my ID and gave me a wrist band.

The bartendernesses didn't like my VERY bright flashlight.

I doubt that. It is a PINK one.Maybe she signed it.

Maybe she pulled it off when she was there.

It wasn't a Victoria Secret item. Maybe a JC Penny one.
