Stations maybe at the forefront, but Ops like Dottys affect a lot of small businesses too. All those small bars and restaurant lounges that went to the expense of doing what Gaming is now asking Dottys to do, because it was required. If they thought they could just throw up four walls and still get their fifteen machines, I'm sure a lot of them would have. Then of course you have those that spent $1,000s altering their op to comply with smoking regs. Serving real food is a lot more expensive than handing out packs of peanuts and beef jerky. But then, I guess it's their own fault for following regulations!
Granted, Gaming screwed up in ever allowing Dottys type operations to start up in the first place, but that doesn't mean you just forget about it. I think the new requirements are reasonable considering all. They have time to comply, which is what should have occured in the first place.
Good Luck!
