Las Vegas Street Intersections To Avoid

Hi Group,

In light of my previous post to this message board about the intersection of Flamingo and LV Blvd., I think that it would be good for the group to have a listing of this as well as to make this (if possible) into a QOD subject. Do you guys agree?

Please let me know about this, and, if you can, please add in more information and/or list other intersection locations that are bad.

Hi Group,

I did get a bit of help from Jessica, LVA's Web Content Manager, on learning about at least some of the Las Vegas intersections that should be avoided.

She did tell me that there are at least two other intersections that are to be avoided besides LV Blvd.-Flamingo Rd. These are another intersection involving Flamingo Rd., -- Flamingo-Valley View (especially if you are trying to turn Left onto Valley View from Flamingo [that's going East on Flamingo]) as well as the intersection of Sands-Paradise (especially if you are heading North on Paradise trying to make a left turn onto Sands).

As for the Flamingo-Valley View intersection, it may be better to turn Left into Rio from Flamingo and go through it until you get to a Valley View exit or turn Left into Gold Coast and take it to Gold Coast Drive ignoring the sign that's there. She said not to get onto Wynn Drive because that's worse.

I hope that others here know about LV intersections to avoid and are willing to post it here.
