Less Than 1 Week...

My wife has given me a pass to play in Sin City (as long as I only spend/lose my money) so in less than 1 week, this low roller will invade downtown Las Vegas for 3 days of making in rain with quarters..

I'm staying at the Golden Gate and debating on hitting the Gold Spike pool or try and talk my way into the Binions pool..

And, is it sad that Im stoked about walking to The Western (during the day) to check out the latest drink special? Last year it was a shot of Sauza Tequila and a Corona for $3.. nice.

I got a groupon for Vanguard Lounge.. So, looking forward to having a drink there...

I first of all want to wish you a safe, fun and profitable trip and second, I urge you to check out Western Casino's website (yes, they have a website) because they now seem to have some very decent Drink and Food Specials (including some $1 Drinks and a $1 Value Food Menu)!

I did notify the powers-that-be at the LVA about this several weeks ago, but I haven't noticed anything else (unless I've missed it) on this entire website that now mentions it.

Awesome, thanks for the heads up. When I hit the Western last summer I remember everyone being very friendly, the pit boss was easy to talk to and the dealer was helpful (a little green, had to ask for help a few times) but all in all, it was fun..

At least they are trying..
