a long shot...any pics or vids of Omaha Lounge at the Plaza?

Does anyone here have any photos or video from the Omaha Lounge? Especially looking for the Sunspots and Dusty Barron.

I have tried youtube but didn't find anything. I am putting together a photo/video DVD for a group of friends. We go to Vegas every year and have always stayed at the Plaza. My project wouldn't be complete without some pics or video of the lounge.

Can anyone help me? If not, any ideas on where to look?

This was a great lounge with even better talent. I could sit and watch all the great musicians this place showcased. It is sadly missed.

Wonder what will be in store when they reopen. Seems like we all kind of took things for granted, that so many things would allways be around wheather we liked them or not. I remember walking by that stage many many times and stopping for a few minutes or more and listening in.

I don't know if the Sunspots are still together or not. However, the sister of the lead singer from that group works at Fiesta Rancho. I knew her when I worked there. She's a promotions clerk, and her name is Conchita. You could probably find her there during the senior slot tournaments on Wednesdays, and I'm sure she'd know where you could get a picture of the group.

I read that the Sunspots broke up after one of their members died.

Thanks everyone. My friends and I have lots of great memories (and even more hazy ones) from the Omaha Lounge. I miss the days of the free lounge acts at the Plaza's Omaha Lounge, Casbar Lounge at the Sahara, Le Bistro Lounge at the Riv, etc.
