I believe it was on this forum where someone posted a story of a 7* couple that was divorcing and literally fighting over who got to keep the 7* account. Since they were a couple and earned 7* together, they were fighting over who would walk away with it even though it was in the man's name. Harrah's was subpeoned and filed a declaration with the court that the 7* status was not transferable and wouldn't be transferred or honored if the court decided otherwise because it was within their rights to pull the privilege at anytime. The lady threatened to sue Harrahs and I am curious in knowing what happened with teh story. I tried to do an Internet search and not finding anything specific to this story. I believe the original story was printed in a local paper that someone found and I cannot find it nor the link to the original paper. Does anyone remember this story and what happened? I hope this was the forum I read about it and someone remembers it.
