Not as such, but you can find a huge variety of that stuff on both Amazon and EBay.
If you are in Las Vegas, there is a casino collectables show at the South Point next weekend, where you can buy and/or sell.
The collectables show is the Casino Chip and Gaming Tokens Collecters club convention on 6/16 to 6/18. They have everything in memoribillia. Also the website should have plenty of links to other collectors
several stores on Main Street in Vegas south of the Plaza have lots of vintage Vegas casino antiques. Its a fun way to spend an afternoon. Menus from closed restaurants, barware, advertising posters, furniture, all kinds of logo products.
Some good gastro pubs there too.

Not that there's anything for sale there, but if you go to the alcove where the slot club is located in the El Cortez, there are several display cases full of EC memorabilia. One of my favorites was the free breakfast coupon, complete with a detachable 15 cent tip. That breakfast was normally 99 cents back in the day. I really doubt anyone ever paid for it, though--you could get the coupon as part of the funbook, which they'd give you just for asking.
